RIGHT-FIT AUTISM FITNESS CLASSES

Right Fit is a fitness program dedicated to working with youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders.  The Right-Fit 3C staff of Counselors (compassionate, credentialed, committed) pride themselves on working with each child as an individual and offering the support they need to have a fun and enjoyable experience.  Classes are meant to be different from everyday life and are designed to improve each individuals fitness, self-esteem, social skills and enjoy opportunities that may not be available or easy to do at home or at school. 

Programming is available for individuals over 6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders.   

Activities include the Award-winning Raise the Bar program, fitness routines, indoor and outdoor "play" ground workouts, individual and group goals, team building and individualized instruction.

Benefits include improved strength & endurance, improved motor planning coordination, increased confidence & interest in movement activities, improved communication & social skills, improved ability in unfamiliar situations and FUN with Right Fit friends!

With a staff to participant ratio of 1:2, your child will get specialized attention they need to succeed.
